TERMS OF USE

BY USING THE GOOD STANDING APP (“THE APP”), YOU AGREE TO COMPLY WITH THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
1. ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Good Standing App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
2. USER ACCOUNT
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
3. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
You agree not to engage in any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized activities, including but not limited to: hacking, phishing, spamming, or any other activities that could harm the App or its users. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App or any other systems or networks connected to the App.
4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Good Standing App and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit any content without our express written permission.
5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The Good Standing App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any damages or losses arising from your use of the App. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information provided through the App.
6. GOVERNING LAW
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Delaware. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the App will be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
7. CHANGES TO TERMS
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any changes through the App or via email. Your continued use of the App after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
